How to make a deposit
- Log in to your account and click “Deposit”.
- Choose your payment method from the list.
- Enter the amount (at least NZ$35) and select a bonus if you want one.
- Confirm the payment in your bank app, e-wallet or crypto wallet.
- The money appears in your balance, usually within seconds.
Deposits with cryptocurrency
SpinGreen accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), Litecoin and Ripple (XRP). In the cashier you receive a wallet address or QR code; send at least the equivalent of NZ$90 and the deposit is credited after the network confirmations. Always check the network (for example ERC-20 or TRC-20) before sending.

If a deposit does not arrive
Most delays are caused by pending bank authorisations or unconfirmed crypto transactions. Wait a few minutes, check your bank or wallet app and then contact support with the transaction ID. Never make the same payment twice before the first one has been clarified.
