Always check the network (for example ERC-20 or TRC-20) before sending.
Deposits and bonuses
Your first three deposits of at least A$30 qualify for the welcome package worth up to A$1,750 plus 100 free spins. Some e-wallets can be excluded from certain promotions, so check the terms. More on our bonus page.
If a deposit does not arrive
Most delays are caused by pending bank authorisations or unconfirmed crypto transactions. Wait a few minutes, check your bank or wallet app and then contact support with the transaction ID. Never make the same payment twice before the first one has been clarified.
